Description:
How and why did Moses sin against the Lord by bringing forth the waters of Meribah to quench the thirst of the wandering tribes of Israel? Was it a lack of belief, a spasm of hubris, an act of humility or a perfectly explicable blunder by the first miracle worker in salvation history?
Dig into the Torah’s Book of Numbers with Rocky Brittain, teacher of theology and philosophy at Our Lady of Walsingham Academy, to appreciate the mind, motivation and faith of the fabled leader of the Exodus.
Presented by Our Lady of Walsingham Academy, the Pursuing Wisdom, Seeking Truth lecture series reflects the ideas of Western civilization to inform the curriculum and culture of Colorado Springs’ first classical Catholic high school.
